Because all cakes and desserts are freshly prepared and perishable, all sales are considered final once orders have been completed.

However, customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us.

Eligible Refund Situations

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • The incorrect item was received
  • There is a verified quality issue with your order

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Incorrect delivery information was submitted by the customer
  • Minor variations in handmade custom cake designs
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability
  • Products that have already been consumed or improperly stored

Perishable Goods Notice

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, products cannot be returned once accepted upon delivery or pickup.

Order Cancellations

  • Standard orders: Up to 48 hours before delivery
  • Custom cakes: Up to 7 days before the scheduled event date

Deposits for custom or wedding cakes may be non-refundable once production begins.
